Insurance
We are out-of-network providers. We encourage families to contact their insurance company to verify benefits and reimbursement for speech-language therapy. We provide families with superbills for reimbursement submissions.
With out-of-network benefits, your insurance provider may cover up to 80% of each session's fee. In certain cases, utilizing your out-of-network benefits can be as affordable as, or even comparable to, the standard copay for seeing an in-network Speech-Language Pathologist.
HSA, FSA & Payment Options
We accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards. We also accept major credit cards, CareCredit, checks, and cash.
Payment is expected at the time of service.
Benefits of Private Pay
A benefit of private pay is your insurance company won’t decide, if your child qualifies for therapy or how long he/she can receive it. A Speech-Language Pathologist will determine whether speech-language therapy is needed and the length of treatment. Many children need speech therapy for reasons that aren’t directly tied to medical necessity. Some children need help in areas of language development that are related to social and academic performance. Insurance may not view these as being medically necessary reasons.
School-Based Services
We conduct independent education evaluations (IEEs) and provide speech-language therapy to children within local private schools. Services are provided either through private pay or Individualized Private School Service Plans.
Coverage for School Districts
We offer reliable coverage solutions for school-based Speech-Language Pathologists who need support during medical leaves and Extended School Year (ESY) programs in the summer. We provide highly qualified and licensed Speech-Language Pathologists who are experienced in delivering exceptional services in school settings.
Our professionals seamlessly step into the role, ensuring continuity of therapy sessions, assessments, collaboration with educators, and support for IEP goals. We prioritize a smooth transition and work closely with schools to meet their specific needs, maintaining the highest standards of care and minimizing disruptions to students' progress.
