Briana

Briana Gilbert, M.S. Speech Language Pathologist Fellow received her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University in 2024 and her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Gordon College in 2019. Briana’s clinical experience includes work at Small Steps Therapy, Washington Oak Elementary School, and Vernon Rehabilitation Center. Briana’s work at Small Steps Therapy included providing therapeutic services to infants and children with feeding disorders and oral motor deficits. She worked on an interdisciplinary team including dietitians, occupational therapists, lactation consultants, and respiratory therapists. Briana has experience working with a variety of ages and focuses on providing individualized therapy to all of her patients. She is trained in Dynamic Temporal and Tactile Cueing to treat Childhood Apraxia of Speech and has an area of interest in treating children with speech sound disorders. 

Briana resides in Willington, CT with her husband. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, reading, singing, and going on walks.
